SHIPPING POLICY

A parcel has a journey before it reaches the doorstep. Here is how that journey usually works.

1. Where we deliver
We accept eligible orders for delivery to destinations offered at checkout. Shipping availability can depend on the product, destination and carrier restrictions. A destination not available in checkout cannot be guaranteed through a separate support request. Please enter a complete and accurate delivery destination before paying.

2. Preparing your parcel
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing includes confirming item availability, preparing the parcel and completing fulfillment checks. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Certain products, busy periods or unexpected supply issues may extend preparation time; we will try to communicate material delays.

3. Estimated transit times
After dispatch, estimated delivery is commonly 7–18 business days to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia; 10–21 business days to European destinations; and 10–28 business days to other supported destinations. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Customs reviews, local carrier capacity, weather, public holidays and remote delivery areas can affect actual arrival.

4. Shipping fees and checkout totals
Any shipping charge applicable to your order should be shown during checkout before payment. Promotional shipping offers, if displayed, apply only under their stated conditions. Currency conversion, import duties, taxes and local clearance charges may depend on your destination and the checkout arrangement. Unless checkout explicitly states that these charges are included, customers may be responsible for amounts collected by local authorities or carriers.

5. Tracking and split shipments
When a parcel is dispatched and a tracking reference is available, we may send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link or number. Carrier scans can take time to appear, especially during handovers. Items from the same order may occasionally travel separately; in that case, tracking information and delivery dates can differ.

6. Accuracy of delivery details
Review your recipient name, postal code, contact number and delivery details carefully. An incomplete or incorrect entry may result in failed delivery, additional fees or a returned parcel. If you discover an error, email us immediately; changes cannot always be made after the carrier receives the package.

7. Delayed, missing or marked-delivered orders
If tracking has not changed for several business days, contact us with your order number and tracking details. For a parcel marked delivered but not received, first check with household members, reception or the local carrier and verify the destination entered. We can help review the shipping record and available carrier investigation options. An investigation does not automatically establish loss or guarantee a refund.

8. Damaged parcels and delivery exceptions
If the package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the external packaging and the products before discarding anything. Report missing items, wrong items or transit damage promptly so we can assess the issue. If a shipment is refused, unclaimed or returned because delivery attempts fail, any refund or reshipment will be assessed after the parcel’s status and recoverable costs are known, subject to applicable consumer rights.

We want the next step to feel easy to understand. If anything remains unclear, email info@zunvio.store and include your order number when you have one.
